Individuals Reservations:

Peak season (of December 20th to January 3erd)
Will refund a 50% of all cancellation received from 60 to 45 days before the date of entrance. Any reimbursement will be made for cancellations received 44 days or less before the date of entrance.

High season (of January 4th to April 30th)
Will refund a 50% of all cancellation received of 45 to 30 days before the date of entrance Any reimbursement will be made for cancellations received 29 days or less before the date of entrance.

Low season (of May 1rst to December 19th)
Will refund a 50% of all cancellation received of 30 to 20 days before the date of entrance. Any reimbursement will be made for cancellations received 19 days or less before the date of entrance.

Group Reservations:
Every cancellation that is received less than 30 days of the date of entrance of the group, will not receive any type of reimbursement.
